Hear the Christmas story while relaxing in a variety of supported restorative poses with all of your favorite Christmas music. Enjoy this opportunity to breathe, relax and come back to the real Reason for the Season.
This 75 minute class is available to all levels. Dress comfortably and bring your favorite blanket. Cost is $25.00
