Baptism

Baptism is a joyous and memorable celebration of God’s grace! Baptism is a public declaration and celebration of your core identity, which has been true your whole life: You are a child of God.

The gift of baptism is available to people of all ages. You do not need to be a member of Shepherd of the Lake to be baptized here. Wherever you are on your journey of faith, God welcomes you to the baptismal font!

The process is simple: schedule a baptism for yourself or your child, attend one of our monthly baptism classes, and show up just as you are!

This class takes place on Zoom once a month and is led by a SOLLC pastor. Zoom links will be sent via email for online classes. We look forward to joining you on your baptism journey!

Emergency Baptism

If you need assistance with an emergency Baptism, please call the church office at 952-230-2988 and ask for the pastor on call. If after office hours, select the pastor on call.
